Access and agent connections
Create a Free account with email-code sign-in, or sign in to your existing account. Follow the connection guide. ChatGPT connections use OAuth through the hosted MCP server. A connection does not grant access to another account's saved streams or watchlists.
Email and saved views
Saving a view leaves email off unless you enable it. Email requires paid or complimentary access and goes to your verified account address. For help with email eligibility, contact support. Check the view's delivery activity when an alert is missing; acceptance by the email provider does not confirm inbox receipt. To stop alerts, turn off email in the view's settings or confirm unsubscribe from the email link. An agent can pause email on your request.
Usage and account controls
Free accounts include 100 successful research operations per UTC calendar month, shared across web and MCP. Paid and complimentary research is unlimited. Check your account or ask your agent to check usage for the remaining allowance and reset time. Disconnect agents from Account settings. Email support to request account deletion.
